Every paper must be registered prior to publication in the proceedings and must be presented at the conference. There is a reduction on fees for the members of the listed associations. Early registrations are accepted until March 28th, 2005.

Payment can be made by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS), by cheque or by bank transfer. If payment is made using a VISA or AMEX card the only acceptable currency is EURO. If it is by bank transfer or cheque it is possible to accept both EURO or US$. Please use the values indicated in the table below. Please note that there is an additional processing fee for cheques, therefore we advise to avoid this method of payment whenever possible.

We know the importance of social networking for both researchers and practitioners; therefore the conference social events are more than simple meals: they motivate networking and the discussion of new ideas for joint research.

It's recommended that this process be started as soon as possible (approximately 2 months before the conference starts).
We can provide the invitation letter so long as you have already registered, paid and submitted the final version of your paper. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you receive a visa.

There is one main registration type and then additional options are available.

1. Conference WEBIST-2005 (26, 27, 28 May)

The conference registration includes: 3 Luncheons + Coffee breaks + 1 printed volume of WEBIST Proceedings for authors per registered paper + 1 CD-ROM including the WEBIST 2005 volume; please note the additional options available, below. WEBIST delegates can also attend ICEIS sessions and Keynote Lectures.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1.  Students who do not present a paper are entitled to a 50% discount over the regular conference registration prices, but will not receive paperback proceedings (only the CD-ROM). Students must confirm their status by presenting a student card and a signed declaration from the supervisor professor.

2.  Delegates who register after April 8th will NOT be entitled to the conference paper proceedings (only CD-ROM); furthermore, authors who do not attend the conference will not receive any proceedings (not even in CD-ROM support) unless justification is presented at least 3 weeks before the conference start. In the latter case, authors may receive a CD-ROM by post.

3.  Payment by credit card can only be made in Euros (€). The US$ value is only for bank transfer or cheque payment. If you use the cheque option there's an extra fee of 20€ / US$25 for bank handling costs.
